GENERAL RULES FOR ARTICLES AND TRANSLATIONS

1. Articles submitted must follow the following rules: unpublished in Portuguese, English, French or Spanish.

2. Translations of works in the public domain will be accepted.

 

Author’s presentation and text instructions:

  1. Centralized title, the logo(s) should be placed just below the authorship.

  2. Insert footnote with the author’s presentation in parenthesis, including institutional affiliation, city, author's country, e-mail, and Lattes address (if from Brazilian universities).

  3. Texts must be typed in a .DOC or .DOCX file, Times New Roman font, size 12, A4 sheet, space 1.5, margins 3.0. Articles must have up to 20 pages.

  4. The article can be written by more than one author.

 

GUIDELINES FOR ARTICLES

 

1. The title of the manuscript should be centralized on the first page.

2. Author's name centralized below the manuscript's title. 

3. The body of the text. 

5. Bibliographic references at the end of the text.

6. Notes at the end of the text.

7. Bibliographic references in the text following the ABNT style.

8. Images must be inserted in the body of the text. 

EVALUATION OF ARTICLES

The articles must be evaluated by two members of reviewers who are part of the editorial board.

Articles will receive one of the following feedbacks:

Accepted for publication

Declined for publication.

In case the article receives one acceptance and one rejection by the reviewers, the article will be forwarded to a third reviewer.

 

EVALUATION CRITERIA

1. Adequacy to the standards of publication. 

2. Consistency and theoretical coherence.

3. Relevance of work for academic studies.

Any information, opinion, and ideological position in the work is the sole responsibility of the authors and does not necessarily reflect the opinion of the Editors or the Editorial Board.

When sending an article for evaluation, the author automatically accepts the assignment of copyrights for publication.
